The tag works with WordPress’s native taxonomy system, but only when the paid Job Tags add-on has registered the taxonomy:
Taxonomy Name: job_listing_tag
Term Retrieval: Uses wp_get_post_terms()
Link Generation: Uses get_term_link()
HTML Processing: Sanitized with wp_kses() for linked output
Registration: The dynamic tag class is loaded only if taxonomy_exists('job_listing_tag')
