Common Issues and Solutions

WPJM Meta Data Section Not Visible

If you don’t see the WPJM meta data section in Dynamic Tags:

  • Verify all plugins are properly activated (Elementor Pro, WP Job Manager, Dynamic WPJM Tags)
  • Try deactivating and reactivating Dynamic WPJM Tags

Dynamic Tags Show No Data

This usually happens because:

  • You’re editing a regular page/post instead of a job listing
  • The job listing has no data in those fields
  • You’re using Theme Builder but haven’t selected a job listing for preview

Solution: Create a test job listing with all fields filled out for testing.

  1. Go to ElementorSettingsPost Types
  2. Ensure “Jobs” is checked
  3. Save changes
  4. Clear browser cache
  5. If issues persist, try using a default WordPress theme temporarily

Company Logos Not Displaying

Verify these points:

  • Logo was actually uploaded to the job listing
  • Logo file exists in Media Library
  • Server has proper permissions for uploads directory
  • Try uploading a new test logo

Frontend/Editor Display Differences

This might be caused by:

  • Theme applying unexpected styles
  • CSS conflicts with other plugins
  • Custom CSS loading only on frontend

Solution: View the page while logged out and in different browsers.

Inconsistent Dynamic Tag Behavior

Check if:

  • Older job listings have all required meta fields
  • Different job types have consistent required fields
  • Jobs were imported from another system

Theme Builder Preview Issues

  1. Go to Job ListingsElementor
  2. Enable “Job Listings Visibility”
  3. Save changes
  4. Select a specific job listing for preview
  5. Clear browser cache
